Reference Check & Follow Up
- We will elicit the final candidate’s compensation details and assist you in completing the hiring
- arrangements. We will provide inputs to assist in managing counter offers, where necessary.
- Conduct systematic reference check through formal and informal channels on the performance and character attributes of the candidates short-listed for an employment offer. Reference checks through
external agency will be at additional cost.
- Hand hold selected candidate till joining the client organization.
Other Expenses
In addition to the professional fees, expenses incurred on account of outstation travel by candidates will be to the client’s account. Prior approval will be obtained from the client before any such expense is incurred. TANGERINE will provide itemized billing of all expenses.
CONTRACTUAL TERMS
Confidentiality - TANGERINE considers all information received from the Client to be confidential and would only use it on our Client’s instructions to help in the selection process. At the same time, TANGERINE respect & honor confidential information provided to us by candidates.
Deferred Hiring/Third Party Employment - Introductions effected by TANGERINE are strictly confidential. If the Client recruits a candidate introduced by TANGERINE within a period of 1 year for any position from the date of introduction / candidate brief discussion / resume submission, the Client is liable for payment of the full search fee to TANGERINE.
Service - TANGERINE will, as per Client’s request, source and screen and introduce candidates to be employed by the Client.
Guarantee - If a TANGERINE candidate leaves the Client’s company for any reason (other than redundancy) within the guarantee period of 90 days, TANGERINE will provide one replacement at no additional cost, provided Client informs in writing within 45 days of candidate’s exit from the company.
Acceptance Of Conditions - Interview of candidates referred by TANGERINE shall be deemed acceptance of terms and conditions of business and agreement to pay the relevant fee for such candidates employed by the Clients |
